Refund Policy

1. Consultancy Fees

Initial consultancy fees paid to Study Alliance Malaysia are generally non-refundable once the assessment process has begun. This is due to the administrative resources and expert time allocated to your case.

2. Processing Fees

Third-party fees (such as university application fees, visa processing fees, and insurance payments) are subject to the refund policies of the respective institutions. Study Alliance Malaysia does not control these refunds.

3. Eligibility for Refund

In rare cases where a service was not rendered due to an error on our part, users may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the consultancy fee. Each case is reviewed individually by our finance department.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 14-21 business days via the original payment method. Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
